Maike Gruna is an internationally recognised Interior Architect with over 15 years of experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects across London, New York, Berlin, Greece and the French Riviera.
Her work is defined by architectural rigour, a deeply considered design language and an unwavering commitment to spaces that are both beautiful and commercially valuable.
Based in Putney, SW15, Maike Gruna Interiors works with homeowners, developers and hospitality investors across South West London and internationally. Projects range from luxury residential refurbishments and house extensions in Barnes, Wimbledon and Richmond to boutique hotels, members' clubs and high-end villa design across the UK and abroad.

We proudly designed and completed the Eliamos 5★ villa hotel and spa in Kefalonia, Greece, recognised as one of the best new hotels in the world by Travel + Leisure in 2024 and featured in The Times, Country Life, The Daily Telegraph and Women's Health.

The studio was founded by Maike Gruna, a German-born Interior Architect with extensive global experience. Maike's early career included remarkable projects such as designing the interiors of Giorgio Armani's New York apartment while at Aero Studios in New York, creating luxurious superyacht interiors alongside Anoushka Hempel in London, and shaping a stunning private holiday villa in Cap Ferrat.
Passionate about interior design, Maike brings both creativity and professionalism to every project — transforming interiors into spaces that are meaningful, elegant and inspiring.
