ABOUT US
Maike Gruna is a German-born Interior Architect with over 20 years of experience across luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects in New York, London, Berlin and Munich — and along the Mediterranean.

Based in Putney, South West London, she works with homeowners, developers and hospitality clients who want spaces that are not just beautiful, but genuinely made for living in. Every project — whether a full residential refurbishment, a new build, or a boutique hospitality commission — is approached with the same care, precision and personal attention, with an instinct for maximising both aesthetic and investment value.

Career highlights include designing the interiors of Giorgio Armani's New York apartment at Aero Studios, creating superyacht interiors alongside Anoushka Hempel in London, and a private villa in Cap Ferrat.
​
Most recently, Maike co-founded and designed Eliamos — a 5-star villa hotel and spa in Kefalonia, Greece — acting as creative director, interior architect and co-investor from concept through to opening. Recognised by Travel + Leisure as one of the world's best new hotels and featured in The Times, Country Life and The Daily Telegraph, it is a project that reflects what is possible when design vision and commercial understanding work as one.
